Refund policy

               NO REFUNDS ONLY EXCHANGES 

 
Please contact lovelyskouture@gmail.com within 3 days of item delivery to request an exchange. If item is no longer available, store credit will be given towards a future purchase once the item is received and process (No Refunds). Customer is responsible for shipping cost.

  • Sale Items and Accessories are FINAL SALE and not eligible for exchange (No Exceptions)
  • Customer is responsible for return and shipping fee and/or additional costs incurred from shipment
  • Return Item must be shipped back within 7 days of the delivery date. Returns must be in new condition, unwashed, and unaltered with any or if original tags attached
  • Once the item has been sent out and has been scanned by USPS it’s unfortunately out of my hands
